 As part of our mission, Refresh has launched the REFRESH+ program where program participants are employed at Refresh Boutique and also have the opportunity to actively participate in other services offered by TTLM during their work day. Participants meet with program staff to set a plan of action with measurable goals that may include things like: obtaining a GED, obtaining additional training or education for long-term employment, and a general plan for needed services, classes, and skills in order to move forward in a responsible, healthy way. 

One-on-one mentoring, along with counseling, is also available through TTLM’s Lifeline program. As REFRESH+ program participants near the end of their employment, we work with them to update their resume and establish a strategy for their next step in employment and/or education.

Refresh continues to provide interview appropriate attire for individuals who participate in the employment and education services of True To Life Ministries. Refresh staff assists with selecting a professional styled look for their next interview or job as they are stepping into success.
